When you send an enquiry: your name, business name, business type, email address, optional phone number, the tasks you select and any message you write.

We do not accept file uploads, and we do not ask for booking, sales or guest data through this website.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a conversation and prepare an individual proposal if you request one.

We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). These providers may process data outside Japan, including in the United States, under their own security measures.

This website uses no analytics or advertising tools and sets no tracking cookies. Our host keeps standard server logs for security and operation.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless you become a client and a longer period is agreed in writing.
